I built LearningHQ because too many organisations spend too much time, money, and goodwill on learning technology that never quite works — and most of the time, it's not because the technology is bad. It's because nobody took the time to understand the organisation before recommending something.
I've spent over two decades in learning technology — implementing systems, managing support teams, coordinating onboarding and compliance operations, supporting RTOs through audits, and advising organisations through procurement processes. I've worked with platforms from small managed environments to large enterprise deployments, and I know where things typically go wrong at every stage.
